My packages are designed to deliver results quickly while fitting around your busy life. All packages include nutritional advice and a personalised training program for faster results!
Standard package
8 sessions twice a week for the length of a month.
Premium package
12 session three times a week for the length of a month.
Individual sessions of sixty minutes and thirty minutes are also available.
